Scaled for us:
80 knee rocks (imagine a panda thats stuck on its back, rocking back and forth trying to get up )
18 burpees
36 hanging knee raises
10 5-meter bear crawls
48 ring rows
80 Supermans

Completed in 13:13

I just hurt my shoulder for real. Tried lifting and shoulder popped and then burned. Also fingers are numb
