I have tennis today & tomorrow, so I'm planning to be strict Weds-Fri. I've never reached a point with low carb/keto where I feel like I have the endurance I need to do physical activity without carbs. I run out of steam. So I'm gonna have carbs today & tomorrow.

Very successful week. Dropped 3 lbs.

194/185/179

3 weeks to go to get under 180 for the lent goal. Going to watch total calories tight his week since I cant lift or workout with any intensity probably for the entire week.

IF till after 12 today.
