Junky's experience won't everybody's experience. Doctors are not going to go around telling people with clinical depression to eat keto to cure it. I'm not saying cutting carbs will fix everyone's problems.. But to insinuate that dietary changes wouldn't potentially fix a biological function of the brain is asinine. What you put in your body affects everything in your body, and a bad diet could cause hormonal imbalances that could lead to a myriad of unexpected problems.

Keto is legitimate treatment for epilepsy. Particularly for people whose seizures aren't responding to medicine. It's not a huge leap to believe it can impact other brain-related functions.

I'm not even on a kerogenic diet, so this isn't some crossfit-style cult following on my part.
