I would like to see a list of recommended programs in the OP
Starting Strength
Strong Lifts
Greyskull
Wendler 5/3/1
Bigger, Leaner, Stronger
Reverse Pyramid Training
Push, Pull, Legs
Pretty much all I can think of right now as others like Madcow, Texas Method and other strength programs are logical progressions from the others listed. And the other more advanced programs like DC Training, Fortitude Training, Max-OT and Phat are a little more advanced programs imo.

On my annual health kick where I lose a pound a day for about 20 days.

How do y’all curb those late night snack cravings? It hits me about 9:00 and one night I tried to resist. I think I almost passed out.
