Said he was gonna coach LSU next year.
Knew he would win the SECCG and play on Jan 1 or Jan 8.
And that's it. He's coached here next year.

I'm not gonna say that never crossed my mind...
but I think it's over. Especially, since the UM AD is telling everyone that what Les said on Sat. was/is true and that UM is looking for other options.
Never before have I heard a coach state with such unambiguity his intentions on national, or local, television.

I love how the spin was "It's not about the money, he's following his heart" when it appeared he would go to UM. Now that he's staying at LSU, it's all about the money. Is it so difficult to believe that he's happy here and his "heart" is at LSU now?
