Sure, we could, but there's no guarantee. Also, outside of the big 4 defenders I named (who should likely be gone at 12) who do you see at 12 that could have a legit Khalil Mack type impact as a rookie/2nd year player?. I don't see one. Maybe Lawson. But a) as I stated in my original post he's a guy I would want before Lynch, and b) there's a lot of talk that he's more of a guy that will be consistent and solid - an all-round good DE - but he lacks the upside to cross into that elite tier.
