Mahrez is not good. Kante is the best player on that team lucky arse team so he should get it. Payet has had an unbelievable year too.

As for young player. Alli is the only one I really know about can't comment much more

If there is a defender that deserves to be on the list to me it's Alderwereld. Mainstay at CB on the league's best defense, has scored a good amount of goals for a CB and has a few assists to Alli that were nice as well

I for one am loving the amount of salt toward Leicester on this board this season. The Internet will hate on anything, even something as wild as what's happening with them this season.

He's huge to this Leicester City squad. He's struggled a little recently but not enough to lose POTY to me.

Right. A month of good form can be a fluke. Even a few. But to be that consistent over an entire season certainly is not. They are good at what they do. The players are good at what they do and some are just flat out good.

I like Leicester. But they have definitely gotten a lot of luck, namely in offside goals not being called back, missed hand balls, etc

I mean, every champion has at least some of that. And, again, they should be NOWHERE near this point.

But people brushing them off as a complete fluke are just hilarious to me. A lot of it's just petty.

Leicester players will split votes. It will probably be Kane or Ozil.

so he'd probably be last on the list for me

Could still break Henry's assist record, but sure.

Wait lets get this straight I don't hate Leicester at all. Rooted for them laste year and was pumped they stayed up. What I don't like is how people think they are some great team. They are decent but have gotten soooooo lucky this season and I won't go into detail because I'll be here all day.

I do think tot deserve it so I'm a little mad about that and even more salty about how Swansea fricked there season up after such a good year last year.

Oh and mahrez really isn't that good nor is he the reason for that teams succes. That goes to kante and a mix of huth and Morgan. Who are having the season of there lives. Vardy is pretty good. I think he benefits from his team being bad. Like how his two goals this past weekend were just long through balls that he can 1v1 a defender because the other team is all up in Leicester half. But even after all that it comes down to luck.

that's often times exactly what they are trying to do. defend and counter. successfully implementing your strategy isn't luck.
