I really like the alarm dot com thermostat. It's an ugly SOB but it integrates nicely with the security system and I really like the energy managment features especially when paired up with the remote sensors. However it is costly.

My brother installed a filtrete wifi thermostat at my parents house back in the mid 2000s. seems that was ahead of its time but I'm curious who marketed the first wifi thermostat.
