I think it may be a Lab-Boxer mix given then the docked tail.
But yeah, it needs some care regardless of the breed.

I vote lab boxer mix as well.
Feed him and get him shots and he will probably be a loyal pet.

A docked tail isn't a breed trait. It's just a tail that has been cut off. Any breed can have one.
