One would think that a statement this absurdly stupid on it's face 'must' be a troll, but in fact it's probably not. People, the term used very broadly, do believe such things.

The question we want to ask is whether those people are brain damaged after birth, or genetically defective; but the cause of the affliction isn't relevant. The question is how to and can we overcome ignorance and stupidity in a democracy.
