I admire them for just doing their own thing also-but, it makes me think that it probably doesn't take a ton of skill to make money brewing beer in Louisiana. There are so few breweries and a lot of demand.

Which brewery is going to get shite on first as a result of this statement -- Tin Roof or Abita?
