Emeril's was not previously on my New Orleans restaurant must do list, but now I've added it.

Grilled banana bread! Next time I have people over for dinner, maybe we'll try something like that.

Thanks for all the reviews you're doing. You must have had a fabulous visit to New Orleans.

Glad she had a good visit, but I will not go back. My last 2 trips are, without contest, my worst 2 dining experiences in New Orleans. My wife and I won a $100 Gift Card there a while back and gave it away.

Obviously some people like it, because it is often packed. To each his own....

That's what we were discussing, as well. Needs a little of bit of a sauce on the side or maybe just over the ice cream. The scoop wasn't that large and it didn't need to be.

We did some "revisits" this trip with some new to us restaurants like Shaya, Johnny Sanchez and College Inn. It was fun.

Boss, what happened on your visits? Two different times of having horrible meals is really dreadful.
