Miles' Press Conference Statement: Written by Lawyers?

It had to be.

I'm one, and I marveled a bit at the room he left himself with the wording.

He could have said: "I am not going to Michigan. Period. I WILL stay at LSU long term."

He didn't. This is going to get interesting.

I agree. He left it wide open. I really don't think anything was settled.

I avoided getting ticketed for a minor accident that i was actually responsible for by doing the same thing in the police statement, leave enough of a window of doubt.

I think the better statement would be it was written by UM Public Relations department. Nothing he said in a press conference would have been binding contract wise. Hell look at what Saban said last year.

I don't think it was written by anyone...sounded completely off the top of his head to me...about what you would expect from a coach trying to prepare his team to play in the SEC champoinship....
