There are some things in there that are legitimate complaints. The men and women get different per diem rates?
Overall, pay them a percentage of what the teams bring in. Make the percentages the same for the men and women and let the market decide what it is worth.
If I am honest though, I would perfectly OK not paying them anything to play on the national team. Cover their expenses in full but players should be playing for the the (nationalism) and not for the paycheck. The pay should be a nice to have rather than the requirement.
The issue is that the women get paid crap in the professional league and the USWNT is actually a way for them to earn a decent living.

I agree with this, but US Soccer doesn't distinguish what each team makes come the end of the fiscal year. They bunch it all up into one figure, probably because the guys typically make 20x what the girls make when they aren't parading around on some WC celebration tour.
