Glad to hear that. When you say struggle with 115, is that just top speed or running in general?

We went with the 115 on ours. It'll top out around 40. Fully loaded it will take a little bit to get up on plane. It just sips gas though, which is nice.

The price difference between the 19 and 21 was pretty damn close when we got ours. One nice thing about the 1910 is that if you get it stuck on an oyster reef way up in the marsh it's a heck of a lot easier to get off

Mostly getting out of the water. Once its on top its slows it down but runs fine. If I bought another 1910, I'd put a 150 on it.
