I just watched this documentary today. I am not an Alleva fan either, but he had no choice in the Duke situation and it was not his fault. All of America was crying for the players and team to be suspended. He was handcuffed into a decision.

This seems to be a trend. Or in our case, he's handcuffed into NOT making any decisions. He is the most impotent AD I've ever seen.

Nope, he could have stood on principles and quit if it had come to that. Dude would be a hero today. Worst kind of leader or boss is the one who caves to what outsiders say about those on the team, etc. Stand up for those you represent or lead.

Yeah, just proves the guy has no balls. I don't think he had a choice in a lot of decisions. Which still begs the question of, why the frick is he an AD then?
