Yes.

It should cost $5000 to get a DL and the test should be 2 hours long. You should also be able to demonstrate a proficiency in the English language. Lastly, you should produce cancelled checks for two years of car insurance, paid in advance.

In a perfect world.

I saw an old lady today doing 35 on causeway approach. Stupid old bat had traffic on 12 backed up on the exit. When I passed her, she's alert with hands at 10 and 2.

Ok, great. You have nice posture, you know where to put your wrinkly old sunspotted hands with Rolex and 3 k diamond, but you have no clue what planet you're on, or that there are other humans driving vehicles there with you.

Unreal.

One drove her pile into a building over here not too long ago. Lucky she didn't hurt anyone.
