Something smells a tad fishy to me.

Ive looked into trying to build a cheap gaming rig. Your best bet is to buy a refurbished computer with the right motherboard, and then upgrade the cpu, ram, and graphics card. There are tons of websites selling them. You'll just have to hunt till you find a ddr3 motherboard worth having. Specifically, one you can put 16gigs of ram into.

DDr4 would probably push it out of your price range, even though it would be preferred.

There is nothing about ddr4 that makes it preferred other than being able to reuse it for future builds when DDR3 is phased out. 16gb isn't necessary for gaming either.

That Craigslist ad is fishy. Price is too good to be true.

Translation: needs money, dirt bike or ATV to trade for meth
