What? The kebab served at Shaya is absolutely, 100% kebab. Kebab does not have to be served on skewers; it is a very wide term encompassing a variety of grilled, stewed, or baked meats.

You're right. I'm wrong. I should have phrased it better pointing out that they were not what we expected which would have been chunks of meat on a skewer.
