With HOrnsby gone I don't see the chance for much improvement. If HOrnsby could come back I would love to see what JOnes could do with a team not dominated by over rated prima donnas on it.

He should be fired immediately, he absolutely sucks as a coach. Seems like a nice enough guy but can't coach to save his life. He is also very delusional about the performance of his team and their effort or lack of.
