Make an offer to Bo Pelini. If other teams are looking at him, why not. He has what it takes, he knows the Team, and the players respect him. He has a bunch of great coaches behind him and with the connections he has, he will be able to fill any coaching gaps that might occur. I say is Coach Miles goes, offer Bo the job!!

Your exactly right lets offer one of the top 4 college football programs in the nation to a guy that has zero head coaching experence.

You're obviously not old enough to remember a gentleman named Mike Archer.

He can't recruit and has zero personality. He is a Midwest guy and from what I have heard has never really liked Baton Rouge that much. I wish him the best of luck and appreciate his service to LSU but I won't be sad to see Bo go.

I'll go with that. I just hope he hires a new DC. Our defense used to be feared. Now it looks like we play this soft cover two that relies too much on the skill of the players, and not the design of the defensive play called. Kentucky exploited it, Arkansas blew us up. We have just out-talented the other teams we beat, and maybe have gotten lucky a time or two.

Oh yes my friend, I have a Championship Ring!! And so want to hire someone who has been from some team that probably got fired because he had a losing record. I tell you what, if Miles goes you would be better to hire someone who knows the program, or do want to rebuild again and have a record like 5-5!!! I know football!!

Does anyone see that we have given up more yards in the last two games than any two game span dating back to 97! He is terrible! Please people wake up and realize that we don't need another Mike Archer.

I'll take him back in a heartbeat. He rebuilt this team and gave us all the attitudes that won't accept losing even if we can still win the SEC Championship.

and he is a great coach. I'll go pick him up if they need someone

You gave up yards because of injuries and players not being 100%, not because of the defensive scheme. Same scheme, different players, and/or beat up players.

Mike Archer II-no thanks

Remember how Arnsparger left for Florida, strongly pushed for LSU to hire Archer instead of Spurrier then hired SOS when he got to Florida? The old fox really put it to us. He got the gold mine, we got the shaft....
