Can we just wait and see? People on this board have convinced them selves of so much genius coming on board. The ridiculous expectations have done in Cam, Gary Crowton was a genius, some actually convinced themselves that Kevin Steele was a good hire.

Um, none of those are like him.

Aranda is recognized by the masses as extremely intelligent.

Have you see the recruits come away just as impressed by him?

We will have the #1 or 2 defense in the nation next year. Like they said he plays defense like offense, they set up sacks for individual players to get and really disguises the one on one match ups the O line is looking to block. Revolutionizing college football defense.

Can't wait and Geaux Tigers !

You had a good point up to right here. His genius coaching has him at Southern Utah instead of at a major university or the NFL and as far as Cam, I think everybody here understands that his biggest obstacle has been Miles.

As far as Aranda, people should be excited. All the pundits have said he was a major upgrade

IIRC he fielded a pretty good O with a QB capable of making reads and throws.

You mean the one good QB he's had

Jesus you are stupid. Who is responsible for recruiting and making sure QB's get developed? Miles play calling has been horrendous on O.

Not gonna get pulled into Miles bashing on this thread, not gonna do it. Comparing any of those coaches prior resumes to Arandas is dumb. 3 years straight at Wisky he's put up top 3-5 Defenses....oh yeah, he wasn't playing top talent,..but USC has as much talent as anyone... I believe halfway through our conference games there will be talk of the rest of the SEC trying to catch up to what he's doing with the Defense.
