New Orleans (23-34) has been playing recently without four projected starters and with only 10 total players in uniform, but some help is on the way. Pelicans shooting guard Eric Gordon will return to action Saturday at home against the Minnesota Timberwolves, after missing the last 15 games due to a broken right ring finger.

Good news. Once he and Asik are back we will at least be able to trot out some semi-respectable lineups.

Remember what happened last year when Gordon came back from injury?

If he shoots like that, we make the playoffs.

If EG can shoot 40% and cost less than 10mil/yr, I will welcome him back with open arms.

Wish I could down vote more than once.

Yeah, I'd rather Morrow at $5ish million than Gordon at $10.

40% 3pt shooting and 6-7 attempts a game would put him top 20 in % and top 10 in attempts.
those open shots he was so clutch with post-injury last year he's been missing this year.

He doesn't play defense and he is always injured. Haven't we suffered enough?
