I have a DCS Stove in my kitchen. They make solid products... Cannot imagine you not being happy with that purchase.

Outside, ive got a Primo XL & JennAire Gas Grill/Infrared/Rotiss. Discussing it last week w the bosslady... We have used the gas grill once in the past year. Maybe. Primo gets used a couple times a week.

Yeah, I've read great reviews but have not talked to anyone firsthand. Appreciate it.

Have the 48" model for over 14 years in my outdoor kitchen. Just this year I had to replace all the guts, but the shell is still in great condition. The guts and installation was about $550, but well worth it when you consider the grill new goes for about $4k.

We have one for our indoor kitchen and love it. It came with the house, so I can't vouch for why it was picked over other brands. I don't thik it's the 48, looks more like the 36.

Sorry to hijack, but I've been considering getting just a primo for outside kitchen. Originally thought I wanted a gas grill, but the more I use charcoal the less I mind doing it. Of course gas for ease of use, but I'm afraid I would still want to use the charcoal more.

You will. And the flavor can't compare.

Primo XL is excellent.... I use mine all the time. It really is hard to find a more versatile grill. I also have a 36" DCS gas grill. It's good to have options. The DCS has been solid as well.

I looked at dcs but just couldn't convince myself that the price was worth it. I'm pretty much sold on the 5 burner Blaze, but I haven't stopped researching.

I have the Blaze pro 3 burner/rotisserie. It's comparable to the DCS but a little less expensive. They have both at Shopper's Choice and I'd recommend going and testing them out before you buy.

Same here, I ended up getting rid of my gas grill and putting in an infrared side burner which is versatile. I use my kamado joe several times a week...
