Chuck knows that Jimmie is 50.1% slimeball though, and that the slimeball part always wins out inevitably. We do too, of course. Since it's a prequel.

Chuck's character ended up looking like a dick at the end of Season 1, but that's obviously something they like to play with. Changing our view of certain characters from good-guy to bad-guy, back-and-forth and in-between. So, I think Chuck will be redeemed in a big way pretty soon. LIke how the HOward character appeared to be the stereotypical cut-throat alpha lawyer prick at the begining of Season 1, but he ended up being a genuine good-guy by the end.

I like the Chuck character a lot. And it's hilarious how they've made us, the audience, and also the surrounding characters so accustomed to his weird electronics phobia in this episode. Everyone just throws their cellphone in a tupperware bowl with no questions asked now. That shite cracked me up.
