Cool there are a lot of those out there. The people who play them though don't have spend their time telling other people all the time how good those games are though. Most actually just move on to play other good games.

I have no opinion on the Souls series. First game didn't grab me, but I can also just realize that it isn't my type of game. I am fully willing to give it another try in the future and that is a well acclaimed game.
I'm not the first person to realize this about Souls players and I won't be the last.

All game franchises have shitty fans, but I don't think any of the Souls fans here have displayed the arrogance or elitism that you're referring to - if anything most of us make fun of ourselves and a fairly self-deprecating.
