Jalyn Patterson actually does a great job at it... but he doesn't play anymore. Instead we have two other guards that gave us 8 points. Patterson doesn't score much but does a lot of other things well. I would rather win or loss with him out there right now.
That is one of the biggest weaknesses with Jones. He rides his starters. Once you go to the bench he forgets about you. Blakeney wasn't bad last night, but he sure as heck didn't deserve 36 minutes.

Offensively, Blakeney was bad.
I still say Patterson is limited by an injury.
I think this team is overrated by many to a degree.
Simmons catches crap, but without him this team is a cellar dweller. Victor and Hornsby are good players.
Then what, a streaky AB. A bad combo of PG's. What else????????? Epps is somewhat serviceable on offense. Elbert is painfully slow and uncoordinated. Malone even more so. And Bridgewater would be a beast, if he were his brothers size.
This team is extremely limited. But, because of BS, CV, KH this team will be in most games. If the TQ shows up this team is different.
