I also was curious as to the legality of the goals. Here are the rules copy/paste from another site:

While it wasn't a disallowed goal, if I remember correctly a ref in the US women's game against Brazil two world cups ago called a re-do after Hope Solo moved too soon and saved the shot. No idea if that's comparable but I feel like it is because that shite is almost NEVER called.
