Over rice or without it. Topped with diced purple onions, fresh jalapeño slices, shredded cheese, and a little sour cream. Cornbread on the side

had some fresh flour tortillas sitting around and loaded one up with some chili, cheese, and even a few fritos. after my first bite, i heard the harps in heaven playing. unreal
