I'll just say this. My definition of what a "leader" should be at the QB position is different than your opinion. I'm not saying mine is better, than yours but just different. I'll agree he does elevate players around him that is what QBs do. To the other guy who just says his record is all that matters that is where I disagree. You can still be a great leader on a team that has a losing record. It is all about how you present yourself. To me Cam presents himself poorly in losing situations and over the top when he is winning. If he could lower his antics when winning and bring his emotions up a little when losing, I would say he is a mature professional QB and a leader of his team. His teammates will always say that he is the leader and stand behind him bc that's what they do. They are band of brothers and the locker room is a sacred environment. They will back each other up to the end.
