I do agree with this. People are quick to yell "put em away", but sitting in a cage for years then allowed to go back into society doesn't help anyone. Not to mention, the amount of tax dollars that are spent housing everyone we "throw in jail" is insane.

Good point. If he had said he was "playing with" a gun, he would've been charged.
All the hood rats out there who "accidentally" shoot people while "playing with" a gun: change your story to "cleaning"
