Going for the first time tonight. The wife is ironing my jorts as we speak.
So which cut of meat and which sides do you recommend. Apps, desserts, etc.

Last time I was there they had a pork belly appetizer that was very good

I like the NY Strip med rare.
Last time I went I bought everyone a nightcap at the bar and that cost almost as much as the dinner. Women and those damn flavored martinis will make you hope you have a friendly banker.

I usually get the bone-in filet.

Get whatever cut of steak you prefer. I like the ribeye.
The Fleming potatoes are good and the lava cake is good for a dessert.

You'll enjoy the T bone - well done.

This.
Don't forget to bring your own Hunt's Ketchup, as Fleming's only carries Heinz.

On a different note, happy hour at flemmings is a steal. You can get a $6 cheeseburger and fries (I up to onion rings for a buck or two). I think they also have Knob Creek old fashioned under $10.

Already packed the mini packets in her purse.

Went with the bone in filet with the Kona rub, Flemings potatoes, wedge salad and polished it off with the molten lava.
Amazing. That Kona rub was really good.
Thanks for the recommendations.

I have been very happy with all of my Flemings experiences.

How did the jorts come out? Hopefully not too much starch. Those hammer loops need to be able to hang loose and free.

Hammer loops are the hardest to get right when starching. :jump2:
