My favorite and the one I sell at the store...but you can buy it there locally cheaper is SwampFire by Oakgrove out of Prarieville.

If you live in South East Louisiana, check out the UNO crawfish Mambo cook-off. you will be able to sample our product. We try to compete in as many cook-offs as possible to demonstrate our product.

I used to use Swampfire exclusively but I started having some mixed results with it.

You can always add salt to fit your flavor profile. Its the cheapest ingredient out there. Our salt level is just below LA seafood co. But we add a lot of other ingredients for more flavor.

It has less salt than most leading brands but you will never miss it.

Louisiana brand with a bottle of Zatarains

I understand that it's a small company and you can't mass produce but $13.95 for a 4.5lb bag is pricey.
The fixings for a sack is less than the seasoning

Yes it is more expensive than most other blends. The reason is it is full of herbs and spices that are not cheap like lemmon oil, dehydrated orange peel, and real cayenne pepper. It is a 4.5 bag with 16 different herbs and spices. It truely is all you need for a great flavorful boil.

I cant give away all the secrets but some are garlic, cayenne, bay leaves, lemmon oil, dehydrated orange peel, pure cane sugar, black pepper, citric acid and other spices

Lol. I was waiting for a response like this.
You see this all the time on a show like DDD when the host asks about ingredients and the chef, of some local diner, says oh no its our secret can't be givin it away! Come on let's get real. You aren't using some super secret shite no one has heard of. Just say what's in it. It's not like people are going to steal your recipe

People do copy recipes.
Even if I did list everything, it would be much cheaper to purchase the pre packaged mix than blend it at home.
No one lists their entire ingredients list.

Do many people put orange in crawfish oil? That's not a flavor I care for in boiled crawfish. Had it once. It was off putting.

We were doing a boil for a charity event once, and the guy helping out brought gallons of orange juice to put in the boil instead of lemons. It was not good.

And the only reason Im giving you shite, besides having a few beers, is because you and your buddy in this thread have only used this site to sell/promote your product and to scalp tickets on the ticket exchange
