Does Eatel throttle Hulu?

Anyone know?
I pay for the 100 download speed, but Hulu always buffers. Doesn't matter the device or if it's WiFi or an ethernet connection. I'm trying to figure out if it's their router they provided or if they're throttling.

as far as I know, they do not throttle anything. Connect your laptop directly to the Eatel ethernet jack with a CAT6 cable.
run a speedtest from speedtest.net
If you are not getting the speeds you pay for, call them. I pay for 50Mb/S. When I ran the test, I found I was only getting 25. I called them and they had to "upgrade a card" in the box on my house to support the higher speeds.

Mine was buffering on movie trailers from my Apple TV the other night. It has never done that before. Maybe eatel is having issues. I did a speed test and it was good.

Eatel does not throttle anything at all. Hulu could be having trouble, or the route through the internet to Hulus streaming servers could have a congested chokepoint. I recommend running trace routes to potentially find where the problem lies.
