I've added 10 lbs. . Making me depressed. I was doing great until fall came along.
Turn 50 in March.

No, I use the gym and don't eat more than I need to.
Fatty.

Do you take vitamin d supplements?
I struggle with lethargy during the winter, so while I haven't really gained any weight necessarily, I have kind of plateaued in respect of exercise and eating well.

If you haven't already started working on your summer body it's probably too late

Yikes. No I've lost some weight. About 4 pounds.

This winter had def been different for me in regards to finding the time and energy to work out. Normally I take advantage of the nicer weather here to get outside and stay pretty active all winter. That is not the case this year and could be part of why I'm so lethargic/down feeling this winter.

I will look into the supplements.
One day I'm happy the next not so much.
Hate that its so hard to drop 15 pounds yet so easy to gain it.
I weigh 177, at 5'9" I should be 160

Football season is the worst time for weight loss for me - mainly because my couch is comfy, my tv is large, football is entertaining, and my fridge keeps the beer really cold.

Salad for breakfast...
I'm serious, it works for me.

Aren't you currently doing the keto diet? How fat are you?

I've never liked supplements--they have always made me feel weird, and I try to get everything from food.
But I take vitamin D now, and I can def feel the difference. Almost all of us are deficient.
I take krill oil too for omega-3s. I'm one month into my post-holiday/knee-injury recovery plan and feel freaking great. I am not sure I've lost a ton of weight, but I'm about to have to go down a pants size. Do it.

Calories in vs calories out. Consume less or workout more... I don't see what the season has to do with it

Yeah, seriously. You either get yourself to the gym or you don't.

I gained 12 lbs in the past 5 weeks. the first two were on purpose.

So you don't think, depending on where you live, less sunlight for less time plus colder weather can have an effect on, among other thing, energy levels and food consumption?
