but if miles were to leave..my number 1 guy by far is Tommy Tuberville. guy flat out wins, defensive mind, and has to recruit in a very tough area. if he had access to recruits, money, and facilities at auburn like he would if he came to LSU.....we would be VERY good, but i still hope miles sticks around

I'm with you on this one. Imagine Tubby and Muschamp with Croton as the OC. There is no way in hell Tubby would have lost to the hillbillies with a MNC on the line.

Tubberville to Texas A&M and the next job Muschamp gets will ne a head coaching job.

My sentiments exact!!!!!!! I hope Les stays but if not, Tubberville is my pick too!

tt as the hc, with muschamp as dc and crowten as oc. I can deal with that all day.

tuberville is the most qualified....and is in my opinion one of the best coaches in the country

He is a damn good coach, but imagine how fast he would be ran out of town with 4 loses. We have great players, but auburns aren't bad either.

There is a $6 million buyout to get Tubberville. I don't want him but that buyout alone would kill that.

Are they near LSU's talent? about 90% aren't.

Les Miles isn't going anywhere.
Why Tuberville? If you're going to go down that road, then why not Nutt?
Head to Head...Nutt vs Tuberville... Nutt leads, with less talent.

Why did this person start two of the exact same threads with the same subject?
maybe he's a BAMMER and wants Tubbs gone.

No doubt, LSU has great talent, better than most!
But this perception that were stacked with world beaters and everyone else's players are running around in corrective shoes...is a bit off!
I think there is a lot more parity in major College football than most can appreciate!
According to Rivals.com...
Recruiting class rankings '03 thru '07
LSU 1,2,22,7,4.........Average ranking 7.2
Florida 3,7,15,2,1.....Average ranking 5.6
USC 2,1,1,1,2..........Average ranking 1.4
LSU, 10-2...Florida 8-3 and USC 9-2 in a weaker conference...
I guess USC and Florida should be trying to run PC and UM out of town also if they can't do better with that kind of talent.
