28% of all Superbowls will have had a starting QB from Louisiana. Updated

14 times this has happened.
I was surprised with these as QB is not a strong position for Louisiana in most cases. Obviously the Mannings padded stats.
3 of these are easy. Can you name the other 4?

Sadly, my source was me hearing somebody talking about how Louisiana has had a lot of starting QBs in the superbowl in my office.
Then I did the research on my own.
Not doing other States
