Easy call: Exqi, a Belgian chain with outlets around Europe that just came to NYC a couple years ago. Damn tasty food, with quality ingredients. Self-service, with items arrayed for pickup and a few items ordered at register & brought out to your table (think La Madeleine style service). Abundance of fresh, non processed stuff on offer.
