This is not new, there were members of the Executive Committee that were very angry about the way everything happened before and after the split vote. Especially the way henderson ignore the Association Charter, Constitution and bylaws to push his agenda to a vote. Then the strong arm tactics used on the Class B and Class C schools to decide an issue on a sport they dont play was salt on the wound.

So this is actually not new, it just took a while for Bonine to be briefed on what happened, investigate the issue and hire an outside counsel to review the case. The lawyer the LHSAA hired to review everything and confirmed that the Constitution was not followed. So the shite will hit the fan at the winter meeting.
