Yes. He's definitely the CEO type that needs good coordinators, but a blue blood program will be able to afford those type of coordinators. He's shown the ability to put together a good staff and recruit well. His teams seem to play hard as well

His offense hasn't missed a best since Morris left. I think he's a little more than a CEO type coach.
Also he needs to make sure Venables is happy every day in that office.
