Except when you measure it by Finals appearance a 8 years ago, or post season lead in blocks/rebounds. Then it's not intangible.

Steph Curry is the best player in the world on the best team in the world, and he'd probably be considered the 3rd or 4th "leader" on his team. Why? Because he has a great team with great players and coaching

Funny, Dwight was a "leader" when winning in ORL as the guy. It didnt take him long to go from this great "leader" to a bad attitude player in LA and beyond. James Harden can't be a "leader" and be apathetic on defense.

When he laughs and jokes people say he doesn't take the game seriously enough, when he is upset people say he has a bad attitude. No matter what he does people are gonna come up with some reason to diss the man.

Harden is a great leader, HOU has never missed the playoffs since he's been there. How many other players in the league would've lead CC to the playoffs in his first season. 5 at the most and that was his first year as a leader. I'd say he has done a fine job.
