1. You can be a superstar player and not be a "leader" (wtf does this even mean and how to you quantify, TIA)

2. If you are going to be this so called leader, you have to have players willing to be led. The guys on our team arent even receptive to coaching and dont even play hard, and you expect them to listen to 22 year old


Of course everyone casts blame on the superstar players when shite is going wrong. This is a roster construction problem, has been since AD has gotten here. These guys are gutless.


If the Pels had a winning record, people would be saying AD was some great leader, because why? Winning, duh. So easy to sling criticism when things are going bad, just like the superlatives flow when the team is winning

Right, and not to mention, the article didn't give any specifics. Just mentioned we're losing, he getes injured, and he's in a small market or something...basically nothing at all tangible about his leadership skills.
