Dude regressed hard after his first year. Had pretty high hopes for him when he first started.
He has SEC talent. He was in a pro style system with shitty(and young) RB, shitty(and young) WRs, and a bad OL.
Curtis Johnson one of the worst coaches in america. Not saying he will start, but he could compete with what we have. Its good to have a guy with actual game reps.

I think he's a good QB. He got zero coaching once Mike Neu left and the OL couldn't protect him in a pro-style ofense.

They should take Veal to, the talented WR. He looking to transfer also.

His first season I was really impressed with his pocket presence and (over)confidence. He would make passes over the middle that showed anticipation and good arm strength. It's a shame he never progressed

He's better than any QB on our roster, and has legitimate NFL talent.

He has arm talent. He played behind a dreadful o line. I don't care if we take 3 qbs. We are a dynamic distributor of the football away from being a legit championship caliber team.

Would you prefer, "I've seen him play multiple times at low level Tulane and he sucked then, so I can't imagine how he'll do in the SEC?"
That would be our current QB situation

might have a lot more to do with the team he played on and the protection he had rather than his talent level

he just needs to be more confident in his ability

Why would we need a Qb from Tulane?

Because the kid is talented with a nice arm and is a pro style QB that already knows how to play it. Nice back up if injuries arise.

Not a graduate transfer.
Les will tell him that they will utilize his big arm to take shots down field and that he'll "learn the position" better at LSU than slinging it in a spread offense.

how many times do we have to go through this before you guys see miles' offense as the problem and not the quarterback?

Tanner Lee is better than any QB on the LSU roster.
