I don't see Spurrier being here any longer than Saban or Miles were (if Miles leaves...) so I'd rather Del Rio.
If we can get him, Steve Spurrier would be the best choice. He's proven he can win in the SEC AND I believe LSU would be his last stop as a head coach. He's not going back to the NFL and he's not going back to his alma mater -- Florida. I believe we would he would stay at LSU until he retires.
While he has indicated that he isn't interested in LSU in the past, I believe the Gamecocks poor performance this season may have changed his mind. Just a gut feeling, but I think he might be open to an offer IF MILES LEAVES.
My prayer is that Les will stay.

Why doesn't he get any blame for that. His team has completely collapsed down the stretch.
I hope Miles stays, but if he leaves, the LAST thing LSU needs is a tired, almost wahsed up retread who will likely retire in 3 years.
