Are these guys like the equivalent of the "Free Hugs" guy, the football T Rex, the demonic looking girl from the ice bowl basketball game, and the jackass in the white a neon suit jacket that dances at the football games?

Jeff Duhe was the typical campus big shot (rumor was he was a "nut not to be cracked by the tap of a lady's fan", in Herman Melville's classic phrase) who ran for student govt, worked at the reveille and God knows what else. He ended up working at LPB -- I don't know where he is now
Jerry Shumaker (or was it Schumacher?) was the wannabe Dylan who played his guitar in the quad. Again, no idea where he is now
I don't really recall Mark Tullis aside from the name and don't recall the girl at all
