Also appears to be the type of DC who is on the field during the game, ready to get in someone's face with instructions and adjustments. He looks like a ban of high-octane fuel, GT!

Actually, comments from players that have played under him paint a completely opposite picture.

He is the exact opposite of this. He is self-described as quiet, and cerebral rather than emotional.

In fact, in an interview he did recently after he got the LSU gig, Aranda thanked Chryst (Wisky's coach) for "letting him be him." In other words, Chryst let Aranda be quiet and contemplative, because that's who he is, rather than demand he be emotionally vocal, which is the norm.
