Being new to SEC, how much SEC learning curve slack does Aranda get?

Lots of SEC HCs/DCs are targeted for their deep SEC experience...
I love the Aranda hire. I expect that learning curve risk is offset by Ogeron / Raymond...
But, do you give him any slack at all as an SEC newbie?

He will do just fine. Offense is the problem.

No, I am just back from prison. Thought I would start fresh.

Someone on here will be calling for him to be fired during/after the Spring Game.

Rant doesn't understand the meaning of "slack".

His Defense finished right behind Bama in total yards and tds allowed. Wisky D gave up 80 less yards a game and 20 tds compared to LSU's 36. I don't think he needs much. 3 consecutive top 10 defended at wisky.

His "style" is what will make the SEC notice. Not predictable, places player talents into scheme. Looks to attack the offense instead of only reacting.
We probably won't need to give any slack, he will produce right away.

No Slack. He comes from the Big Ten. Sure the SEC may be ranked higher, but they play P5 football in the big ten.

He's got experience playing against bama, and he's been in the big ten. He'll be fine.

Dude, it's still football. I'm quite confident he can contain the Florida offense.

There isn't going to be a learning curve. Aranda coaches at the highest level of college football and he is fully prepared to coach in the SEC today.

About as much as Saban needed when he came to the league 16 years ago....

He will be making $1.3 millon or in our terms $50,000 every two weeks or $100,000 per month in pay.
Enough said.

On this board and how intolerant LSU nation is he may get the first half of the season opener Wisconsin.

He has played LSU and Alabama and Auburn in the last 2 years. South Carolina in 2013 too.

This isn't 1950.
1)Coaches are much more mobile so, they've crossed paths with a much greater variety of coaching styles. Just look at Aranda. He's coached against a man who coached a super bowl contender........against a man who won the SEC and the MNC while in the SEC. Along with a playoff. While there are certainly differences in player types, it's not like he's been coaching in Russia.
2)There's TONS of video on pretty much every school you can think of..........from multiple angles..........in high definition.
