YOU MORONS KEEP SAYING THIS. LES HAS NEVER LOST A NON-CONFERENCE GAME
Most non-conference opponents have been cupcakes. Thankfully, we've won those games. We just haven't been dominant or particularly impressive against those inferior teams, up until last night.
So chill you silly little unenlightened dimwitted sunshine pumper!
Geaux Tigers!!!

Fix? L F wasnt broken, he still ran and ran, finally got lucky with a pass or trick play. If you don't pass and open the run game you are still terrible. They open up Leonard runs for 300, ten me near line and we cant pass. Everyother offense in the bowl games has qb throwing 5-6 touchdowns, ours lucky to get 1

I really can't believe how much the delusional Miles supporters are spiking the football after this game. It's insane.

You have a hard time understanding why LSU fans are happy about a 600+ yard offense and 4 touchdown bowl victory? Sounds like a you problem.

if fixing the offense is sucking really bad in the regular season so you get to play a horrible TT defense in the bowl game, then yes, offense is fixed

Let's revisit this topic in November of 2016.

I didn't see anything last night that we didn't do the previous games.
That'd be me

There were clearly new wrinkles thrown in. Anyone who is more than a sidewalk fan could see the changes easily and would also realize you absolutely cannot change an offensive philosophy in-season unless you want a clusterfrick. That's something for the offseason.

No, BeeFense5, that's not what I'm having a hard time understanding. I'm glad LSU rightfully took care of business and dominated a lackluster team. There just seems to be a lot of "I told you so" among those who love Miles, as if that overrides everything, or as if we learned anything new.

Because people that were cheering for LSU to lose and picking LSU to get blown out were so vocal the last month to the point of embarrassment. You should expect from blowback from fans of the team that are happy about the win.

Look, I'm as critical of Miles as anybody, and I can't stand the delusional Miles supporters, but the offense looked way better than it did when they were playing cupcakes at the beginning of the year.
Harris still struggled with accuracy somewhat, but the passing game was more than the usual throw-a-bomb-on-third-down bullshite. The plays got in quicker with Cam on the sideline, and the O looked less confused. Maybe it should've been like that all year, but at least Miles changed it up, which is unusual for him.
The defense also beat the shite out of the number 1 or 2 ranked offense in the country... if it wasn't for constant holding and Manziel part 2, it would've been a slaughter.
So, as much as negatigers will still find faults and Miles lovers will be lauding his praises, ending the season on a good note is something every LSU fan should want. Hopefully next year they will compete better against their toughest opponents.
Agreed.

Hmm. I do not recall you having this attitude when Bama, Arky, Ole Miss happened. Strange.

We imposed our will.. Period. Nothing more, nothing less. Don't get me wrong, I'm phacking ECSTATIC, but there was no big change. ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/Iconcheers.gif)

Let me guess...now that it's over you weren't impressed and think Tech is a JV team that we should've beaten badly anyways.

.. Texas Tech defense "fixed" the offense ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/Iconrolleyes.gif)

I don't know anyone that was cheering for LSU to lose. I was expecting us to win pretty solidly, although I didn't expect out defense to do as well as they did. I saw pretty much the same exact offense I saw from Sept-Oct, so I'm not holding my breath we successfully navigate tough stretches in next year's schedule either.

No. In fact, I was concerned that if we couldn't stop Tech, we'd be forced to abandon the run.
I also KNEW we could run on them.
I enjoyed the game.
But, dude. We beat a team that finished 7-6 and gave up 40+ a game. Should we be "impressed" with that?
One can enjoy a win without running around acting like it proves we should play the Patriots next week.

Considering you predicted a loss I figured you would be impressed with a blowout win over a team you thought we'd lose to.

When I predicted the loss, I also said that I felt we really would have no trouble moving the ball on them.
My concern was them getting a good enough lead to make us abandon the run.
And, I AM impressed that we blew them out. I would not have bet on that.
But, that does not mean that you can use what we did against their defense as a gauge of much of anything. I mean, cmon, at least be honest.
Did YOU predict we would lose to Bama, Ole Miss and Arky? If not, then did you consider any of those to be shite losses given that you predicted victory?
We beat a mediocre team. Turns out, we are better than that mediocre team and I was wrong to worry we weren't.
Woo hoo! Party!
