All this rain is keeping our levee systems soft. This is a very big issue for S La. This is the time to concerned. This is the worst case scenario we have seen. 9 levees have failed & another 20 probably will fail in the next couple days in Missouri. When engineering practices are failing it's a big deal.

When there are failures of levees & dams it messes the math up. More water headed our way in a faster release that what is forecasted.
