You act like he goes hunting for children or something.

I'm not going to give an officer a pass because he's an officer nor am I going to side with the child just because it's a child.

It's an unfortunate situation that I hope none of us find ourselves in. Both having to decide whether or not lethal force is needed to defend my/our lives or having a loved one killed by law enforcement.

It's my contention that he was known to be dangerously incompetent AND he wasn't even supplied with a first aid kit.

The city/county will lose bigtime in this suit.
